I love collaborating across disciplines and creating sonic accompaniment for live performance, including poetry. In recent years I’ve been blessed to work with many great performing poets, including Rosetta Peters, with whom I’ve just released a new album of original pieces, “The Hummingbird’s Dance” and Jeffrey Skemp, with whom Karen Townsend and I formed “Skemp + Weather”, releasing our debut album, “The Hum of the Sky”, in 2020. Both records were recorded and mixed by our good friend Ben Durrant. (Roma di Luna, Andrew Bird, Gold Minefield) at his Crazy Beast studio in Minneapolis.
